The slice that doesn't last

...because I love to eat it!

No Cook Peanut Butter Slice

60g butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup smooth Peanut Butter
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons marmalade
1&1/2 cups rice bubbles
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup dried fruit
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 dried pineapple

Melt butter, sugar, PB & honey together in a big saucepan
Add all other ingredients and stir thoroughly
Pour into 20cm square tin
Cover with plastic wrap and press firmly
Refrigerate
Cut it up and eat it all!

Too easy and so good I always make two batches!
