1/2 cup one type of nuts
1/2 cup another type of nut
1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon (get yourself the good stuff from the health food store)
pinch of salt
table spoon of butter or coconut oil
Blend nuts until some is fine and some are still chunks
Add cinnamon, salt and butter
Blend to combine
spread out on a baking tray and bake on medium for 15 minutes or until just starting to brown.
Pour over your favourite fruit and top with greek yoghurt.
And there you have a quick, easy, delicious gluten free dessert hit.
