Yes. This is for real. We saw these dogs being taken for a walk yesterday while at the Dragon Boat Regatta. It's not some kids pram that they happened to be in for a bit - it's theirs. And they are clearly in charge of that house!
I'm pretty sure they have legs...!! I love that the one on the left looks just like it's thinking, "now mother, why on earth have we we stopped. please continue" - cleary in a british accent!
Maybe they didn't have any legs? ... how sad :(
